Located in Bayview, Tx, a small rural town, centrally located next to the Laguna Atascosa about 20 mins from South Padre Island and about 25 mins from Brownsville. Close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to feel the constant fresh air rolling off the tree line across the resaca and to see the full starry night unobstructed by the city lights. Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Bella Luna Sea Cottage

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Tiki No. 1 - Fishing Cabin

Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Brand New Waterfront Cottage 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Accommodating guests is effortless in this spacious property with a kitchen made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms., plus two sofa beds. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Spacious living room/kitchen open layout for entertaining. Equipped kitchen and grill along with great local restaurants provides many dining options.

Philoxenia - Birding Paradise

This is a cozy and quiet cottage located 15 minutes from the Harlingen International Airport. The cottage is on 10 acres of birding paradise. Expect to see and hear hummingbirds, green jays, parrots, doves, tropical parulas, sparrows, kiskadees, and Altamira orioles, as well as squirrels, rabbits, and other small critters. You can expect a very comfortable bed and surroundings. Only the people booked are allowed to be on the property. Do not book if you will not be present.

Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.
