The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. The well known Aquarium and Old Port (Porto Antico) can be reached by foot in ten minutes walking through the historic centre or down the characteristic paved streets of Via San Lorenzo. This beautiful area of Genoa boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops and much more. Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo.
