This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. -Central AC / Heating, -Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), -High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, -Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, -Full Kitchen, oven, -Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, -Clothes line, iron, ironing board, -Powerful Hair Dryer, -Plenty of Hangers, -Fresh Linens, - 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), -Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, -High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), -safety deposit box, -Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

From the moment you set foot in this elegant space, you will fall in love with its charm and design-functionality and sophistication. Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. You have a map in our photos. Located in the coveted district of Chamberí. A few minutes walking distance from San Bernardo or Quevedo subway. A 20 minute walk from Gran Vía where musicals, theater, shopping... or 10 minutes from El Corte Inglés de Princesa. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options.

This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, perfect for maintaining the ideal temperature throughout the year, TV, equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, suitable for the maximum capacity of the accommodation, and full bathroom equipped with everything you need for your trip. Rest area: the main bed has bedside tables on both sides and nearby sockets, ideal for charging devices without leaving your resting place. Space for your luggage: the room has a wardrobe where you can organize your clothes and belongings in a practical way during your stay. Services for families with babies: If you are traveling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable: Crib: available for an additional €30. High chair: available for an additional €20. If you need both, the combined price is €40 (cot €30 + high chair €10). Remember to request these services in advance so that we can prepare them properly before your arrival. Please note: Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted. No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the room. Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
