This peaceful home is nestled on an acre of pine trees. Less than 1/2 hr from the incredible Ponce de Leon Springs, Vortex Springs and Morrison Springs, 1 hr from Panama City beach. Excellent antique shopping is nearby in Geneva AL, and Defuniak Springs is about 1/2 hr away. Choctawhatchee River is very close & house has covered boat parking. Perfect spot to get away from it all and/or explore all the Florida Panhandle has to offer. No cable or internet but there is a robust cell signal here.

There are several hiking and biking trails minutes away and numerous other activities. Close to grocery stores laundry mat and gas stations.
