Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Détendez vous dans cette villa spacieuse et lumineuse composé de trois pièces. Un grand jardin, une terrasse avec salon extérieur pour se détendre après la plage. Deux places de parkings dans le jardin avec un portail sécurisé. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour faire toute la côte et découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne. Lumbaldu est à proximité de Perfugas où il y a des restaurants , supermarchés, producteurs locaux. A 400 mètres d'altitude, vous bénéficiez d'un air pur et frais la nuit.

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.
