En la parte superior dispone de solarium privado con césped y tumbonas. En la cocina dispone de nevera con frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica con extractor, lavadora, lavavajillas, exprimidor, tostadora, etc..... It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance
