Its 20 minutes drive to the sea,1 hour to Siena, 2 hours to Rome and Florence, 5 minutes to Caldana city Center where you have all amenities (groceries, bank, Postoffice,3 restaurants..) You will find a lot of activities like horseriding,excursions of history and plants,winetasting and kilometers of wonderfull beaches, watch the birds and wild animals.

La struttura e l'arredo, per quanto possibile, sono rimasti quelli di un tempo. Adesso l'aspetto interno è vintage con oggetti recuperati. La casa è fresca ma un buon sistema di climatizzazione non guasta! Il cortile è il luogo dove si passa il tempo estivo mentre in inverno ci ritroviamo davanti al camino . Tutt'intorno ci sono piante grasse e le bouganville che nascondono la doccia esterna e il fico dell'amico vicino i cui frutti cadono nel nostro spazio e che vi invitiamo ad assaggiare.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Il mio alloggio è situato nella località Patresi frazione del Comune di Marciana, parte occidentale dell'Isola d'Elba , di fronte alla Corsica dalla terrazza si possono ammirare splendide viste panoramiche. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la posizione, gli spazi esterni e i panorami il parcheggio ariservato a pochi metri dalla casa. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
