Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Glen Beach Bungalow Main House

Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Wander through this stunning, bright townhouse and absorb design inspiration from its eclectic touches. Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .
