La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado. La casa está ubicada en área de campo en una calle sin salida, lugar tranquilo y familiar donde hay cerca una finca de ganado y algunos vecinos tienen gallos y gallinas caminando por sus patios. Si te gusta él área country esta casa te va a encantar. Cerca de la playa el peñón Brusi, restaurantes, farmacia (Boriquen), supermercados (Agranel, Econo) médicos (Dr. Ottoman) panaderías (El cafetal) y áreas de diversión.
