Located on a paved road, it is only two miles from Canadohta Lake, PA, a family vacation resort for generations featuring fishing, pontoon boat/kayak rentals, swimming, miniature golf, roller skating and many other fun-filled family activities. Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

The “Kaneville Lodge” is close to Oil City,Titusville and Franklin. It is near both Oil Creek State Park and Two Mile Run County Park. Hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, hiking opportunities etc... abound in our area.The kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans, full sized appliances and many extras so your short or long term stay will be very comfortable.Your well behaved dog(s) is welcome too (fee). Enjoy nature, the woods and maybe even some wildlife while you are visiting.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

This home was recently renovated with a completely NEW white kitchen, furniture, paint, etc. Want to spend the day at Presque Isle? No Problem! You're only 4 miles away. Come and stay at the perfect location in Erie. This home is waiting for you! We have another vacation lower level apartment on this property(Airbnb). The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

We have a long driveway for your boat. We're close to Erie Sport Center 2 mi, Splash Lagoon 2.2 mi, Presque Isle 8.8 mi, restaurants, shopping and more. Create new memories, watch your kids play, enjoy a beautiful Erie sunset and gather around a crackling bonfire, share stories and laughter under the starlit sky.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿
