Located on the northwest shore of pristine Hemlock Lake in the renowned Finger Lakes Wine Region of New York, Sans Souci “No worries" is a cozy guest house on the grounds of our historic winery O-Neh-Da Vineyard. Our charming guest house can be your escape from the daily grind. Enjoy the private hiking trail down to Hemlock Lake and site seeing close by. With the comforts of home at your finger tips, Sans Souci & Hemlock Lake are truly the gateway to the art of living well, Finger Lakes style!

Lake House

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with community beach access Monday-Friday at noon(June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.
