La habitación se sitúa en la parte de arriba de la vivienda y tiene baño privado y entrada independiente por el jardín. Hay mas habitaciones en esa planta para alquiler. El jardín tiene mesa y sillas para desayunar. Piscina de uso compartido en la urbanización . A 30 metros hay un Minimarket y está cerca de restaurantes y supermercados.
