Come work or play here! My Place is near all. Only 20 min. from POP airport. Only 5 min drive to the best beach town. We are BeachFront with the best winds for kiting and all outdoor activities. Very clean and very well maintained unit, fast wifi ,restaurant right on premise, Pool, Family friendly & 24 hour security. Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). Pool has to be shared with the main house and the other guesthouse. AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking
