About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown with plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, and especially the beautiful Riverfront Park! We are also on the Bourbon Trail! Welcome to our three bedroom, two bath apartment in downtown Hawesville, Kentucky. It is tucked away in the back of a building that used to be the local school's bus garage. The mattresses are memory foam (Nectar), 42 inch smart TVs in every bedroom, and a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer will make your stay more enjoyable. Free parking that is next to the entry door and lit by a street light. Free Wifi.

Hattie's Hill Guest Quarters

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in our charming private guest quarters attached to the main home. Though connected to the host residence, the space is completely private for guests. The space features a full kitchen, living room and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor includes two bedrooms (1 King, 2 twins) and a second living space. Guests may enjoy the shared, seasonal, unheated pool, reserved for registered guests and host only.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple to unwind after a long day visiting Holiday World or exploring the beautiful Ohio River and local wineries and country side. Coal Haven is definitely a home away from home. This home is not safe for any kind of pets including service animals due to severe health and allergy issues of the owners.
