We live in a holiday complex, with a great pool, barbecue area,guest toilets and showers. We are 80 meters to the bus stop and 100 meters to the boardwalk that will take you into Airlie Beach. (45min easy walk) Coles and bottleshops are 10 minutes walk and the local gym is across the road, a laundry mat is only 100 meters away. If you are going on an overnight boat trip , your excess luggage can be left. If available I will drop you to yr boat. I do not charge a cleaning fee.

I reside in the back most of the time, so I make sure any shared spaces , like the front garden area, garage and side house area, are relaxed and friendly. A 5th person (child only) can be accommodated on a floor mattress. A portacot for an infant is available upon request. Please absolutely NO SMOKING in or near the property!

We live upstairs, we have 3 little ones and a golden retriever George. We are a busy family in and out a lot of the time. Your retreat is downstairs and a completely seperate space 😊
