The Happy House is the ideal place to stay in East Talkeetna. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located home. We have provided all the amenities and child essentials for your comfort. There is a spacious playroom for kids. There is a high-chair, pack-n-play and baby gate always at hand and more books and toys are available. Couples and individual travelers will also feel at ease here lounging on our big comfy sofa and easy chair with ottoman. New Toyo heater in March 25.

The Fireweed Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Fireweed Cottage is a dry cabin located right outside of Healy. This cabin offer a full sized bed, private outhouse, hotplate, fridge, grill, fire pit area and great views! Although it being a dry cabin means no running water you will have water for drinking and other needs. Since the cabin is located right outside of Healy it has easy access to the grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this cozy cabin!

New comfortable cabin located just outside Denali Park. 3 beds 1 queen and 2 full. Hot and cold water. Full bathroom with large shower. There is a great restaurant along with a pizza pub 10 min. towards the Park. The Park Road is a beautiful 20 min. drive thru the Alaska Range. The Visitors Center is a 25 min. drive. The Border with Denali Park is across the river behind the cabin. Cantwell service station and laundry facility is 5 min drive. Mini fridge,microwave,BBQ and covered deck.

This Cozy Cabin is hosted on the homestead property of 4-time Iditarod Champion, Jeff King. Conveniently located 8 miles south of the entrance to Denali Park, it is close to all the local attractions, while being slightly off the beaten path. Our cabin is brand new and offers all the amenities without the bustle of the busy hotels. Here at Husky Homestead our neighbors are Denali Air. Noise can be expected during the day, and on occasion our dogs will alert us to wildlife in the area.
