This quirky one-bedroom upstairs apartment is decorated playfully. The wood paneling gives it a cozy ambiance, and the unit's two huge smart TVs and quick Wi-Fi make it enjoyable to watch television or work remotely. While small in size, it is very functional for a short or medium-length stay (see below). Everything you need to cook meals in the apartment is provided in the kitchen. The roomy bedroom has a cozy king-sized bed and blackout drapes to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Unit #4- 300sq ft living space. Great price point for a Modern mini dwelling that comes w/ a queen loft bed. In addition, a bottom queen size mattress. Mini fridge, kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and sink. Full private bathroom and closet storage space. Please note: we have a back patio (shared) that is available for a bbq area, smoking area hangin out. (Quiet hours in the patio are 11pm-7am)

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!
