The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Cozy Solarium

This cozy unit is flooded with light from five huge windows in an airy Victorian gazebo motif. Surrounded by the serenity of live oaks, you'll surely want to stay longer! And amenities! Only a short walk or drive away are our very own Starbucks, Planet Fitness, H E B grocery store, and great library. A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

First Floor Guest House I Hot Tub I Porch

Enjoy the forest views from the back porch and window bar. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Downtown New Braunfels-HistoricTelegraph Station#1

Walking distance to everything in downtown New Braunfels. Constructed in mid 19th century, this historic structure is the site of the first telegraph office in New Braunfels. The Telegraph Station sleeps up to 4. These units are Texas Registered Historic Landmarks. Built in 1846, they are positioned in an ideal location to take advantage of tubing, shopping, downtown restaurants, and local bars. Newly remodeled in 2018, the original fachwerk walls have been exposed to show off its charm.

Private entrance for guests and has onsite parking available for your water recreation vehicles. Enjoy the many options of Canyon Lake with a short drive to Gruene and Wimberley.

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Located in downtown New Braunfels on the Guadalupe River, The Lyndon is inspired by the Texas culture that you know and love and will transport you to a ranch in Central Texas surrounded by tasteful cowboy motifs. With mid-century furnishings and retro ranch vibes, this first floor unit with a queen-sized bed has an extended patio with comfy outdoor chairs and side table, and a shaded picnic table for dining al fresco. Note: This unit is in Building Two, facing the parking lot.

Quaint and cute, off of Hwy IH35, is a 1 bedroom cottage. Spacious, yet warm and cozy, The living room has a comfortable sleeper, flat screenTV with cable and free wifi. kitchen is stocked with a full size stove with oven, microwave, mini refrigerator with freezer and Keurig coffee maker.

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
