P'Tite Côte Cottage in Cap-Pelé is the closest property (first lot!) next to the beach at the end of the lane on Allée P'Tite Côte. So close, you can hear the waves and smell the coastal breeze. The cottage has an older cottage charm and is very spacious with an enclosed sunroom partially surrounding it. The lot is treed all the way around to offer privacy. It has all that you need for your whole family and friends to relax and enjoy your vacation. Live the cottage/beach life at it's best!

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
