L’appartement est collé au camp Sékou Mbalo ( gardé 24/24h par des policiers). L’immeuble dispose également un gardien présent 24h/24 et de caméras de surveillance. Les frais d’électricité s’élèvent à 4500FCFA ( 6,86€) par nuitée et ne sont pas compris dans le tarif.
