Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Una piccola costruzione indipendente di fronte al mare nel giardino di un’antica villa nella zona più esclusiva di Porto Santo Stefano, a pochi passi dal centro del paese, dai negozi, bar, ristoranti. Spiaggia libera 100 m La dependance è costituita da una camera con bagno. Non c’è cucina, ma è dotata di frigobar e macchina caffè Nespresso. Gli spazi interni ridotti - equivalenti ad una confortevole e panoramica cabina di una nave da crociera - sconsigliano soggiorni superiori ad una settimana.

Seccatoio is a detached stone house with an area of 60m². It can accommodate 2-4 people and has the bedroom on the first floor, under the antique roof. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It offers a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets.

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. This delightful cottage is located on Monte Argentario, in the heart of a large park shaded by centuries-old olive trees and numerous Mediterranean plants, arranged on terraces sloping along the ridge. The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.

The Cottage "La Mula" is located inside a very large farm with a beautiful swimming pool nestled in the hills. It has two independent entrances, the main access from the porch shared with the other apartments of the farm and the access to the swimming pool that overlooks the Maremma vineyards. The apartment has a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a large bedroom. The access porch is equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
