There is also a tennis facility and swimming pool located at the country club all is open to the public for a fee. Kayaking and fishing on the Banana river is only a mile away also.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Two bedroom, one bath, first floor unit. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The Cocoa beach pier is 3/4 of a mile to the right and the Cape Canaveral Jetty’s are 2.8 miles to the left. Walk out the front door, head east and you’ll be on beach. The launches are spectacular from the beach or Port. One designated free parking spot per unit, Central Air and free cable. Close to Publix and many restaurants.
