Loft has private full bath, tub/shower, and queen bed and also a WiFi TV. Downstairs bedroom has private bathroom and shower, full size bed and screened patio access to secluded fenced backyard. (no TV) Full-sized air bed mattress and battery operated pump are available for additional bed space. Full appliances and laundry are inside the home.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
