Recently updated and ready for your next getaway! This tiny home is located just a short minute walk from a calm, private beach. The interior decor creates a modern coastal feel to fit the style of the home. Creek views can be enjoyed from every window of the home and from the loft bed. It features a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, a fully tiled bath, outdoor shower, large front porch and a quaint back yard with added privacy fencing. Enjoy our fire pit with twinkle lights strung above.

Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Usage of dock, kayaks, grill, and fire pit all included. Beach towels and cooler also provided.

Honeymoon Island Cottage is an adults-only lodging experience like no other. You and your guest will stay in a charming tiny farmhouse that is located just steps from the Chesapeake Bay on a USDA certified organic farm. Enjoy access to a private saltwater pool, private beach, Chesapeake Bay water access for boating, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or just soaking, dig for clams, collect wild oysters, or just sit and marvel at the beauty. There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, walk over the sand dune to a quiet, peaceful beach for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm. A past guest wrote, "This place brings beach home nostalgia, peace, and a time to relax".

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.
