August 25-27, September 7-9, 14-17, and 23rd forward are available. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Families primary renter age 21 or above; Groups age 21 or above. Primary Renter must stay for rental duration. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide ALL guest's first names/ages (approximate ok as needed) via message to receive self check-in (even if above 5 people).

Large efficiency sleeps 3 on the bay! Home offers full kitchen with washer and dryer, full bath and deck on the water. The views are tremendous. Watch the sun come up from your living room, fish off the dock, feed the ducks on the water. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the rooftop or front steps. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. If you love the water, this is your place for the summer. Nightly or weekly rentals available. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Our unique studio is spacious enough to have essential amenities while being located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and short walk to local restaurants, cafes and much more! Our unique place offers those wanting to visit experience the island without the need to rent an entire home! We offer beach tags and beach essentials like chairs and an umbrella during your stay. The shared outdoor shower is located along the pathway of the main house.

Welcome to Sea Haven Tiny Cottage. This efficiency style back yard tiny cottage has everything you need for a stop at the shore. Located 5 blocks from the Delaware Bay and 15 min from Cape May. There is a full size bed with comfortable bedding, efficiency style kitchen, and a stylish full bath with a tiled walk in shower. There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.

Cape Cottage

My Airbnb is a detached cottage on my personal property. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with stall shower, and large bedroom with a queen size bed and a single cot. It also offers a full size washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, Ironing board and iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and flat screen tv. I also provide all clean sheets and towels. There is NO SMOKING in or on the property!
