We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in

This suite also comes with a large eat-in kitchen, which includes a large refrigerator, microwave, four-burner range with an oven, dishwasher, along with a table and chairs! This suite is located on the first floor facing the street.
