Welcome to The Coastal Quad, New Jersey’s first pocket resort! You will be booking a stay in one of four luxurious, 1BR tiny cottage suites, so each visit is a new adventure! You will enjoy your own private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fenced-in yard, and access to a shared rooftop mini golf course, retro arcade, full gym with sauna, office, laundry facility and more. Located just steps from a quiet bay beach and a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood, this is the most exciting resort at the shore!

Fabulous location close to Willow Creek and Beach Plum Farm and a block and a half from South Meadows Nature Walk. Walk or bike to beach. This single-story home has four bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen, two singles, & one double) and three full bathrooms. Two patios, tranquil garden, Bosch dishwasher, laundry, wifi internet, French Press coffee, central A/C & all essentials bincluded (towels, linens, blankets, soap, etc.). Summer is here and now it's time for you to sit back and relax!

The Kelly Cottage, Cape May Point

12 Steps to beach walkway! Sleeps 8. Built in 1902 as a candy shop & home for the candymakers family. Remodeled in 2025. 1st floor: Big kitchen, dining rm, TV/sitting rm, 1st BR, full bath, cozy nook & laundry rm. Well-stocked kitchen. TV rm and BR are perfect spots for drinks & a chat. BR has comfy futon, sofa bed & privacy curtain. TV rm has new sofa bed, big TV, games for all ages. 2nd FL: king BR w/ half-bath, 2nd BR & big full bath with tub and sep shower. Outside deck with furniture.

The beach is your backyard and only a few steps away down a picturesque path which opens to a breathtaking & secluded beach.

Original CM Lifeguard HQ, now dog-friendly suite

Relax in a spacious, private suite nestled on 1.5 acres in a premier birding area of Cape Island. You are staying in Cape May's original Lifeguard Headquarters, renovated with a new deck, patio, bathroom, and beautiful views of Shunpike Pond. Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Beach tags, chairs, and an umbrella are included.

Brainard Beach Cottage (Ocean front cozy cottage)

You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

Cozy home located on Lily Lake, within walking/biking distance to Cape May's most beautiful beaches, the Cape May Point Lighthouse, Nature trails, and across the street from the Cape May Bird Observatory. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by the picturesque views from the second floor open concept living space. Bordering acres of protected nature sanctuary, birders will find ample opportunity to observe coastal wildlife from the second floor lookout and large second floor windows.

West Cape May Cottage

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.
