We are a 20 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, 10 minutes from the Grand Prix Circuit and 15 minutes from Cowes. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. Short walk to the Colonnades beach which boasts beautiful sunsets and a place to reconnect. Yokkaso is within walking distance to the local tavern, restaurants and a grocery store.

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
