‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Enjoy a comfortable king size bed or separated into 2x long single beds, aircon/heater split system, fan, work/study nook with bench space, window bed to relax and chill out, all the essentials you need for a comfortable short stay.

Tarooki Place by the beach

Come and enjoy a beach stay, only 3-5min walk to the beach (250m) and close by to the Rosebud shopping town. Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only. Strictly no schoolies.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Beach studio. Open plan living with a queen bed, beautiful comfortable leather couches, timber flooring, brand new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large private backyard with a private outdoor shower. The Studio is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. A peaceful 2-bedroom farm cottage on 20 acres in Boneo, between the ocean and bay beaches. There's plenty of room to slow down, breathe and enjoy the open space, yet we're only 7km from Rosebud and 5 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs. Surrounded by paddocks, sheep and birdlife, you might hear frogs in the dams, see lambs in spring or pick mulberries in summer. On the third Saturday each month, Boneo Community Market is just down the road.
