Explore Capitol Hill from a Roomy Apartment

This en-suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated Victorian home, with a private side entrance and easy key less system. Natural light brightens this space, which includes full kitchen and laundry. Recently updated colors and new furnishings, including two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchen table with four chairs. The location is outstanding; close to tasty eateries and fun night life but a few streets away from the noise and parking challenges sometimes associated with Capitol Hill. 850sq ft space with radiant heat and full bathroom, which includes a bath tub and shower. Guests have a private side entrance with key less system, private full bathroom, private en-suite kitchen, and private laundry. Great for rental cars: unlike a lot of Seattle and especially Capitol Hill, the street has ample parking that is free and without permit required. Separate thermostat for climate control. I travel quite a deal but also work from home and make time for guests if they would like more interaction. I am relaxed about this but do enjoy meeting new people. There is a key less entry system that makes it easy to coordinate arrival and departure. I love Seattle and am enthusiastic about offering suggestions for local eateries and experiences to enjoy. The house is on a tree-lined street in the prominent Capitol Hill neighborhood. Volunteer and Interlaken parks are merely blocks away. Feeling peckish? There are many options for great food and drink within a 15-minute walk. Bus drivers are friendly and the #10 & #12 buses depart 1 & 3 blocks away, respectively, for prominent points, like Pike/Pine Corridor (6 minute bus ride) or Pike Place Market (20 minute bus ride). Finally, the #43 also leaves nearby and is a ten minute bus to the University of Washington campus. UberX is alive and well on Capitol Hill, with an average fare to Broadway or Pike/Pine about $5 and $10 to downtown. Of course there are regular cabs, bike-share and driving options. If you will have a car the street in front of the house plenty of parking. I'm happy to offer more clarity if you have questions - please ask prior to booking. In addition to the two queen beds, if you may need more room, there are two additional bedrooms in the main/shared part of the house with a separate Air bnb listing. I can usually make most things work - let me know your needs and I will try to accommodate you.

Wake up drinking coffee on the rooftop with incredible views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound. Take an afternoon stroll or run through one of Seattle's best parks, only a block away. Head out for a night on the town, enjoying some of the world’s best restaurants before finding a nightclub to dance the night away. Quiet peaceful location, but just steps away from the best Seattle has to offer. Bright corner unit in modern condo building. Dedicated workspace for those traveling and working.

Our private, cozy en-suite is located in the heart of the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are 3 blocks to restaurants, bars and cafes. Downtown, Paramount theater, Amazon Spheres, Seattle U and Seattle Central are all within a 1 mile radius. Light Rail Capitol Hill Station is 4 blocks away. Lyft/Uber and city transit are easily accessed. No designated parking space, however we are happy to loan the use of our guest parking permit for Zone 4 street parking.
