During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

Moderno y acogedor apartamento en General Ricardos, a pocos metros del histórico Puente de Toledo. Totalmente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida: acceso sin barreras, ascensor, baño y cocina adaptados, armario accesible y timbre para personas sordas. Cuenta con dos habitaciones con cama doble y dos individuales, sofá cama (podría ser pequeño), Smart TV, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Habrá obras entre el 12 de julio y 9 de agosto, con lo cual podría haber ruido; tenerlo en cuenta antes de realizar la reserva. Este apartamento está diseñado para ofrecer comodidad y accesibilidad. Ideal para personas con movilidad reducida, el espacio cuenta con accesos sin barreras arquitectónicas y un baño completamente adaptado, además de un timbre visual para personas con discapacidad auditiva. Características del apartamento: salón acogedor y funcional, con sofá cama, Smart TV y zona de comedor. No cuenta con persianas, pero tiene cortinas opacas que permiten regular la luz. Climatización por conductos (aire acondicionado y calefacción). Cocina: espacio compacto y práctico, equipada con microondas, nevera minibar, vitrocerámica, cafetera, campana extractora y utensilios básicos. Habitación 1: cuenta con una cama doble, televisor Smart TV y un armario adaptado para que cualquier persona pueda utilizarlo. Baño adaptado: especialmente diseñado para personas con movilidad reducida. La ducha es totalmente accesible, sin escalones ni barreras arquitectónicas, con espacio amplio para maniobrar y facilidades para el uso autónomo. También incluye un kit de amenities, compuesto por 2 dispensadores de gel-champú y 2 rollos de papel higiénico. Importante: no se incluyen productos alimenticios ni básicos de cocina. No tiene lavavajillas ni lavadora. Finalmente, se cuenta con cuna y trona disponibles bajo petición. Solo necesitamos que las solicites con antelación para tenerlas listas a tu llegada. Nuestro apartamento cumple con toda la normativa turística vigente en España y dispone de registro oficial de alquiler como apartamento turístico y licencia. Cuando llegues al piso, te recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, le ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. El check-in después de las 18:00h y hasta las 21:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Check-in después de las 21:00h y hasta las 23:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 30€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Tenemos la opción de auto check-in durante estas horas y es gratuito. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23h de la noche, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h, os puedo ofrecer la opción de que alguien os reciba en persona (no hay posibilidad de auto check-in y el check-in debe ser en persona) y en este caso, tendréis que abonar 35€ en el momento de la entrega de llaves. De 01h a 02h, 50 euros. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el piso. Ofrecemos early check-in y late check-out sin cargo, sujeto a disponibilidad en el apartamento. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del piso (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el piso). Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas, bajo sanción de las autoridades competentes. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva. No está permitido alojar a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Apague las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de abandonar el piso. Deja la casa ordenada antes de irte. This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features an exterior-facing layout and a thoughtful design, including high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day.
