A Cozy&Modern Place in Mati City

Nestled in the heart of the city of Mati, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers driveway parking, and lots of parking spaces in front of the house. House is recently built with an open floor plan, soaring ceilings and huge sliding windows made for relaxation. Please note that this is not a beach house- the Dahican beach and other beaches are at least 15 minutes drive away.
