We had a short issue with our heating and water because of the polar vortex but now everything is shipped shape and working great ! Quiet peaceful neighborhood, in Historic Helper Utah..its a perfect spot for hiking, biking, fishing, boating and lots of different activities, or just relaxing in the jetted tub or watching the 70 inch TV. Helper City has a lot of Art Gallerys to Visit. We have the world tallest coal miner BIG JOHN. The amtrax train stops here in helper.. Half way spot between Moab(ARCHES CANYON) and Salt Lake City..
