Todos los recintos tienen una vista que logra dominar sector de la quebrada Matanzas y el mar a lo lejos. Además, podrán aparcar su vehículo al lado de la cabaña.

Just a 10 minute drive to Punta de Lobos and 20 minutes to Pichilemu centre. Wood is provided at the property for you to heat up the Hot Tub and enjoy free of charge. The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
