Welcome to Villa de Requeza! This Modern Beach Bungalow themed home is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops and beautiful Moonlight Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views from the Encinitas Library and park viewpoints and visit the playground and dog park within walking distance. Fully furnished and decorated, property is enclosed on a large private retreat! One (1) dog (sorry, no cats) is ok with a $125 pet cleaning fee required- this can be paid through resolution center.

Hummingbird Oasis

Welcome to our private studio, suitable as a work space or a vacation get-away. Guests have full use of the Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ in the backyard, which is a shared space with us. The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and private patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
