The Seaford is a magical seaside property with panoramic ocean views. It’s both an experiential feast for the eyes, and a place made for the adventures of real life. Recently re-tuned and modernized, it's been designed to reflect the roots of our vibrant community so guests can feel fully integrated into what makes this town so special. Our goal here at The Seaford is to be a comfortable and relaxing backdrop for memories made, and our hope is to have you return year after year to make more.

The Tropical Treehouse of Love Private Guest Suite

Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! Comfortable queen bed, cozy sofa, 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, and great local restaurants/bars.

Welcome to our beautiful home in sunny Encintas. One of the hottest vacation destination spots in the entire world. Blocks away from the bustling downtown and peaceful family friendly beaches, our home on a quiet street with a large inviting backyard will give you the vacation you need. The home is completely equipped for families or groups. There are restaurants, local coffee hangouts, parks, shopping, art galleries and the many unique businesses abound along Historic Highway 101 in Leucadia.

This is your home away from home! It's the perfect place to get away with family or friends, on a quiet residential street, only 1 mile from the beach. This 3 BR/2 BA dog-friendly house was remodeled and furnished specifically for guests. Comfortable seating areas inside and outside let everyone spread out and relax. With wifi, coffee and beach towels to surfboards and beach chairs, the house is stocked with many things to help you enjoy your trip.

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
