We are close to town ($0.60 for a taxi or a 5-minute bike ride). This makes it a perfect location: easy access to downtown attractions but enough out of town to enjoy the serenity.

The bathroom has a hot water shower and washer and dryer. There are seven good restaurants within walking distance of the house.
