Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Meravigliosa casa in centro a strapiombo sul mare

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. City Tax not included 1,5 Euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival .

Recently renovated, the house is spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Questo ampio spazio, unico nel suo genere, accoglie gruppi e famiglie, a 10 min in auto dal mare. Due casolari, stile rustico (uno dei due è un antico fienile ristrutturato), arredi curati. Ampio giardino, piscina esterna fuori terra di 7 metri (da meta’ Giugno a fine Ottobre). Giardino curato, con piante mediterranee, forno a legna, BBQ. Cucina super accessoriata: piano induzione, forno elettrico, food processor, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde.
