The 2 minute walk from the back door through forest trail will bring you to the rustic tidal beach with a steel fire pit, always check local restrictions

This recently renovated waterfront home is just 10 minutes from both New Glasgow and Pictou, and 15 minutes from Melmerby Beach and Caribou-Munroes Island. It features a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, AC, and a fenced yard- perfect for kids or pets. One bedroom offers water views. There’s direct access to the shoreline, but please note: the path is natural and used at your own risk. Shore has oysters, so footwear is essential. A peaceful coastal getaway with all the comforts of home.

Private entrance and plenty of space to park. Great area to kayak or canoe (equipment provided for a fee). No pets allowed. Please read house rules before booking.

Golden Retrievers, chickens, ducks, bunny rabbit & cats. 5-10 min drive to: Pictou, Sobeys, beach, Caribou-PEI Ferry, walk/bike trail. *Please note the 2nd bedroom is ONLY accessible through the first bedroom. Come explore the 25 acre wooded property in Riverton with hundreds of feet of river front. The river offers wonderful swimming and fishing opportunities with three great salmon holes within a 5 minute walk from the cabin. The cabin is a work of art and has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. It is a 5 minute hike to access the cabin.
