Die sonnige 52m2 Wohnung mit südseitigem Garten besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen Wohn/Essbereich mit Ausziehcouch, die Schlafplätze für 2 Kinder oder 1 Erwachsenen bietet. Weiters findest du ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC. Die Lage ist ruhig und in unmittelbarer UNI-Nähe. Die nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen bieten unkomplizierten Anschluss in die Altstadt und der See ist nur einige wenige Minuten entfernt. Für dein Auto steht ein Carportparkplatz zur Verfügung.

Lovely vintage condo for two close to Wörthersee

A tranquil place of residence established by the owners in a way so that its unique features, connecting it to the 1970s & 80s, were best preserved. We do hope the place will be as appealing to you as it is to us. The condo is located at the western edge of the city of Klagenfurt and, lucky you, at short walking distance to the Eastern Bay of the Lake. You fancy a quick swim, breakfast on the loggia, stroll along the channel connecting the Lake and the City? Good news, you got it all!
