Live like a local in this beautiful 2Bd/1Ba cottage with a small hot tub, private access to the Nashwaak River, and one 1 min to the NB Trail (#30 @ Camp Rd). The kitchen is stocked with more than the basics and there are plenty of towels and linens. This Cozy Cottage comfortably hosts 4 people, with a max of 6 people (Sleeper sofa). Only 20 mins from I-95, you can relax in our 3 bedroom/ 1 full bath cabin on 20 acres with full privacy. Situated just below the thoroughfare on the lower lake, enjoy the stroll from the cabin passed the picnic table and large firepit to 100 feet of frontage on the lower lake and 800 feet on the thoroughfare.

Enjoy a peaceful and quiet getaway at beautiful Skiff Lake, York Co. N.B. Activities for all seasons including kayaking, pedal boat, biking, hiking, bird-watching to cross country skiing, skating, snow shoeing and snowmobiling. Cottage offers lake access and partial lake view. A manual located in Keyes Cottage is posted and offers answers to many questions. Guest will be required to sign a liability waiver.

If you wish to venture further the lake is shouldered on both sides by Fredericton to the east and Woodstock to the west. Both cities of interest!
