We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests.
