Our one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a lovely Victorian townhouse on a quiet street a few minutes walk from the City centre and the train station. The apartment comes with everything you need to enjoy a great stay in the City. A spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room. A large open plan kitchen/living room that is fully equipped including dining table, smart t.v. plus oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, pots/pans etc.

A perfect base for visiting Carlisle and the surrounding area, eg, The Lakes, Hadrians Wall. There is a double bed, 3 draw chests, sofa, TV and a dining table. The Kitchen has a microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge/frezzer. The Bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower. The flat is suitable for a couple or a single person.

A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. Free on street parking is available nearby (100m approx).

With the property being located just ten minutes walking distance from the train station, Carlisle city centre and even closer to the University, it's an ideal base for anyone visiting the area. Our home has an open plan ground floor, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests, There is some off street parking in the street beside the house and a car park 0.2 of a mile away which is £3.50 all day.
