Large wrap around deck. Wood burning stove is the main source of heat in this cabin. Smaller studio cabin on property, is rented separately.

The Love Shack -Big Sur/Carmel Lover’s Getaway

Looking for the perfect tranquil getaway for one or two people? The Love Shack is located right off Highway 1 between Big Sur & Carmel. This newly remodeled studio bungalow features a full kitchen, soaking tub for two, relaxing outdoor shower, 4 postered queen bed & romantic led fireplace. This space shares an acre with another home. This whimiscal space has everything you need for a Romantic Getaway with the perfect location near where you want to be!

Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
