Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.
