Life Is Good in our Quiet and Peaceful retreat

TOT fees are included in the nightly fee. MoCoCert. # 001606 Zen feeling at ‘Life is Good’, a treehouse overlooking Hitchcock Canyon:) Our driveway is long and steep! Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.

The property is next door to Carmel Valley Ranch and close to local wedding venues, Bernardus, Holley Farm, Holman Ranch, and Quail Lodge. It’s an easy walk to the Mid Valley shopping center and 6 miles from Carmel Valley Village with 30+ tasting rooms and restaurants, and 6 miles from downtown Carmel. The large outdoor patio with fireplace and barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining.

Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a maximum of 2 adults per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old.
