We are conveniently located just 3 minutes off the Capitol City freeway or I-80 and 10 minutes from highway 50. Welcome to Hammond House. Large comfortable and private living space isolated from the rest of the house. Private bedroom, private full bathroom, and a very large private living room with a queen sized sofa bed. Includes access to large solar heated pool, patios, gardens, and koi pond. Upscale restaurants in Milagro Center just 1 mile away. Walking distance to Ansel-Hoffman Golf Course, Effie Yeaw Nature Center and American River nature trails. We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!
