Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. This is a beautiful new self contained apartment with it's own entrance. It is well situated to enjoy the fabulous Wild Atlantic Way and offers easy access by car to Galway City. There are secluded beaches and lovely walks nearby. The Aran Islands are easily accessible by ferry from Rossaveal 15 minutes drive away. The Connemara Isles Golf Club is a few minutes away by car. There is a gym five minutes walk away from the house. There is a grocery shop and pub nearby.

Recently lovingly refurbished, this apartment is beside Kilmurvey Beach which is one of the most beautiful Blue Flag white sandy beaches on the west coast. This little gem is suitable for 1 person or a couple to switch off and relax. The apartment is located in a stunningly beautiful scenic location in the middle of the Island which makes it an ideal base to explore the Ancient sites.
