EV charger at the property. Two minutes drive from the famous Fistral Beach, central Newquay with its great restaurants, bars and beaches Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne. You are also close to our favourite beaches at Watergate Bay, Porthcothan, Mawgan Porth, Treyarnon and Constantine Bay and Holywell.

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a busy day at the local beaches.
