The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

York Cottage at Mattaponi

Built in 2024, the York Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a full kitchen and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, ducks , chickens, and a Miniature Donkey.
