Located right off of I-95 between mile markers 104 and 98, between Fredericksburg and Richmond, VA. This is a small, practical studio apartment in the walk out basement of our organic family farm. Quiet, natural surroundings with woods to explore and fresh organic vegetables/eggs available for purchase. We aim to have as natural and organic home environment as possible with fragrance free personal products/detergents. Local attractions include Meadow Event Park, Kings Dominion, AP Hill

Step into history at our 1700s farmhouse in charming Bowling Green, VA. This historic gem combines old-world charm with modern amenities for an unforgettable stay. The House on Main Street features original hardwood floors, antique fireplaces, and preserved architectural details. Each room thoughtfully reflects the home's history while offering modern comforts. During Christmas, the farmhouse is adorned with twinkling lights and festive ornaments, adding a magical holiday touch to your stay.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Luxury cabin - Pond - 16 acres

Come enjoy world class fishing and the most luxury log cabin minutes from Richmond! We have done an entire renovation inside and out keeping luxury at the heart of everything we have done. 10 minutes from Kings Dominion will make our home the perfect weekend get away from some rides balanced with fishing and nature walks. Go for a hike to the South Anna River, enjoy a glass of wine at a nearby winery, sit and watch the trains go by in Ashland (the Center of the Universe - only 10 minutes away), enjoy a round of golf at The Hollows, or simply relax on the patio and soak in the beautiful serenity that is Rose Hill.

Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.
